The relative '../../releases/latest' links did not resolve on Gitea. Point the
fabrication-data links at the absolute releases/latest URL and rename the
fabrication zip reference to esp-sensair-v1.0.0-gerbers.zip.
Add an Acknowledgements section to the README and a matching CHANGELOG line
noting that the v1.0.0 documentation and repository tooling were drafted with
OpenCode running the Qwen3.8 Flash Next model, reviewed by the maintainer.
- Rename KiCad project/schematic/board (and local .prl) to drop the '+',
updating all internal cross-references (project name, sheetfile, title blocks)
- Remove the '+' from Gerber/drill/job filenames and the job file's internal
Name/Path references; rebuild the upload zip with clean names
